Building on the success of workshops conducted with private sector stakeholders in the palm oil and garment industries in 2024, MY Voice has designed a series of comprehensive learning programmes for 2025. These initiatives aim to support Malaysian palm oil and garment companies in establishing and implementing effective social compliance systems aligned with international standards, particularly the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGP).
In 2025, MY Voice will offer three training workshops and two TenSquared programmes, covering a range of critical topics.

TenSquared Programmes
The TenSquared programme is a 100-day change management program designed for 3 to 5 companies per session. TenSquared unites workers and managers to address the root causes of workplace issues and achieve measurable improvements in specific social compliance challenges. This structured engagement fosters a culture of continuous and sustainable improvement. With its proven success and sustained benefits, the TenSquared programme offers an impactful approach to tackling workplace issues.
