About Child Labour

According to the International Labour Organisation (ILO), not all work done by children is classified as child labour. Child labour is defined as “work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and is harmful to physical and mental development.” Work can be positive to children’s development, so long as it falls within certain limits.
